Chloe oversees all of the Clematis faeries. She loves to dance, and can sometimes be heard singing as she goes about looking after the flowers that she loves. She is very quick, and sometimes appears as a purple butterfly. She was last seen wearing this dress at Aariana's birthday celebration. Chloe is is 9.5" tall and dressed in a lace gown with a beaded and sequin bodice. With a crown of white lace and rhinestone, she has a purple organdy underskirt with a purple tulle petticoat edged with lace. Her shoes are made with purple petals and pink rosebuds. She has 5 double wings of silk, and a pair of beaded ethereal wings for traveling to other worlds. Pink rosebuds line the edge of her dress. Her wand includes a sequin shaft guard and irridescent power beads.
