| Faeries from woodland, garden and sea scamper to finish off Mother Nature's work. From worker faeries to Queen's, each faerie goes about her appointed task with great pleasure, assuring that blossoms and leaves are the right color and shape, adding finishing touches here and there. When they aren't attending to nature, the faeries gather and hold celebrations (They love to party!) The faerie dolls on these pages are dressed for celebration and are presented here to brighten your day.
Each faerie is completely hand-crafted from the finest of materials including bridal fabrics, laces, rhinestones, feathers, and pearls. The ceramic faces, rosebud hands and shell feet are original designs, hand painted by the artist. Each faerie is a one of a kind creation. Special orders can be commissioned, and angels are available as tree-toppers for the Christmas season. Feel free to contact the artist by e-mail if you would like to commission a special creation. The artist also creates spirit dolls based on primitive cultural beliefs and forms, such as Hopi Kachina, African masks, and the carvings and totems of the Pacific Northwest and Alaskan Inuit cultures. Pirtuk and Kiksuyapi are examples of these dolls.
